Practice Protect and Office365 Users are linked together through Practice Protect Federation. When a new User Account is created in Practice Protect, this is also synced in Office365. However, Office365 Licenses must still be purchased through the Microsoft 365 website. Practice Protect & Office365 Licenses To create a new user you must have both Practice Protect and Office365 available licenses. If you have run out of available licenses, you will need to purchase them. When you create a new User in Practice Protect, this will either immediately take a vacant seat (license) or it will trigger a Support Ticket to Practice Protect to purchase a new license. With Office365 you should first check if you already have an available license prior to creating a new user.
