Australian Businesses are required to keep proof of purchases for any purchases over $82.50 inclusive of GST. A proof of purchase is a document which contains specific information; this normally comes in a format of a Receipt or a Tax Invoice. Australian Businesses are required to issue tax invoices within 28 days from the date the service has been provided.

Generally, invoices are either printed or emailed, however a number of Businesses also provide online portals where clients can access and download copies of all their invoices.

Facebook

Facebook is a social media tool which allows users to advertise their business services. Facebook bills clients monthly, invoices are exclusively available to download via their Ads Manager portal.

1. On your web browser, go to the Facebook Ads Manager Portal at: https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager/billing

3. Click on the Search Filter and select the date range of the invoice you wish to retrieve
