How to download invoices from dropbox [online invoices]

Australian Businesses are required to keep proof of purchases for any purchases over $82.50 inclusive of GST. A proof of purchase is a document which contains specific information; this normally comes in a format of a Receipt or a Tax Invoice. Australian Businesses are required to issue tax invoices within 28 days from the date the service has been provided.

Generally, invoices are either printed or emailed, however a number of Businesses also provide online portals where clients can access and download copies of all their invoices.

Dropbox

Dropbox is a provider of online Cloud Storage. Dropbox bills its customers on either a monthly or annual plan subscription. Subscription prices vary depending on the number of users licenses purchased. Dropbox customers can access their invoices via the Dropbox portal. 
Note: as Dropbox is a business based in Dublin, their invoice do not include GST.

  1. From your web browser, go to Dropbox: at: https://www.dropbox.com/login

  2. Sign in with your Dropbox username and password

  3. Click on the [Admin console] Tab
  4. In the Admin Console screen click on the [Billing] Tab

  5. Click on the [Billing Information] Tab and scroll down to the invoice list
  6. Find the Invoice you want to download and click on Invoice

  7. Click on [Print invoice] and print the invoice to PDF
