How to view historical super contribution payments [ato sbsch]

If your Business makes regular super contribution payments via the ATO Clearing House, you can view both the payment instructions previously lodged or a summary of all payments made to specific Employees for each Financial Year or specific period.

View previous payment instructions

  1. Log into Online Services for Business using your username, password and MyGovID

    è  Online Services for Business



  2. Go to Employees > Small Business Super Clearing House

    è  The Small Business Superannuation Clearing House screen opens

  3. Select the [Payment instructions] Tab and click on [Historical] Tab

    è  The Payment instructions - Payment instructions History screen opens

  4. From this screen, you can view the list of all Payment Instructions sorted by accrued period. You can also view the date lodged, status and payment amount made
  5. Click on the Period to view the Super Payment Instruction in detail

View Payment Summaries by Employee

  1. From the ATO Clearing House Home screen, select the [Employees] Tab
  2. Click on the Arrow icon  next to the Employee name you wish to view the Payment Summary

    è  The Employee details screen is displayed



  3. Click on Create statement

    è  The Employee Statement screen opens


  4. Select a Super Period, this can be either a Financial Year or a specific period

    è  The Employee Statement is displayed



  5. Click on [Print-friendly version] to print the Statement and hand it to the Employee
