How to set up your email signature in karbon [sop - onboarding]

At Evolution Cloud Accounting we believe that Professionalism and Brand Awareness are some of the secret ingredients of a Company's long term success.

Having an email signature that displays name, title, company name, photo, and contact details is just another step towards a better business image and brand awareness and allow us to represent ourselves and our Business in a positive manner. For this reason, we use the same signature style for every Team Member. 

This way every time we send emails to our Clients or Partners, our brand is highlighted.

The core of our email signature is an image created for you by Managemen. The image includes your professional headshot, name, position and contact details. You then have to manually add two additional components: your available time for Clients' enquiries and the Evolution Cloud Accounting sustainable statement. 

Add your email signature in Karbon

  1. Once you receive the signature image from Management, download it into your Download folder
  2. Copy the Client's enquiry available times and the sustainable statements from another team member's signature
  3. In Karbon go to your profile

    è  Your Karbon profile



  4.  Scroll down to the Email Signature and enable this option, then click on Edit

    è  The Email signature panel opens


  5. Select the option: Append signatures to replies as well as new emails from Karbon
  6. In the Email Signature box type: Regards, then press the [Enter] key twice
  7. Click on the image icon and select the email signature image from your Download folder
  8. Paste the Clients' enquiry times and the sustainable statements you originally copied from another Team Member's signature
  9. Amend the Clients' enquiry times accordingly
