Removing a user from Dropbox will remove access to our secure cloud storage. Once a User is removed, this user will no longer have access to any of the folders in Dropbox and the user's personal file content is immediately transferred to Paolo Coniglio. Finally, the moment this user logs into any computer where the Dropbox app has been installed, Dropbox will automatically erase all files saved locally.

Remove a user from Dropbox

  1. Sign in to Dropbox at https://www.dropbox.com/login

    è  The Dropbox app

  2. Click on the [Admin Console] Tab

è  The Dropbox Admin Console opens in a new browser tab

  3. Click on the Settings icon next to the User you want to remove and select Delete member

è  The Delete User screen opens

  4. Select the following options:
    • Transfer now > Transfer any files to Paolo Coniglio
    • Do you want to delete content from this member's devices the next time they come online? > Select: Yes

Remove the Dropbox License
