Removing a User from Cayzu will free up the assigned Cayzu license. As our lifetime deal with Cayzu includes 20 licenses, there won't be any requirement of cancelling the license originally assigned to the User. 

Delete a User from Cayzu

1. In Cayzu go to the Admin Panel and select: Agents/Roles/Groups
   
   è  The Cayzu Manage Agents screen
   
   
   
   
2. Hover the mouse on the user you wish to remove and click on the Delete icon
   
   è  A confirmation message is displayed
   
   
   
   
3. Click on [Yes]
   
   è  The User is removed from the list
