How to delete a user in practice protect [sop - offboarding]

Removing a User from the Practice Protect Portal will prevent such user from accessing any ECA Cloud-Based applications.

Remove a User from Practice Protect

  1. Log into the Practice Protect Admin Portal
  2. Click on the [Users] Tab

    è  The Practice Protect Admin Portal - Users screen



  3. Select the User you wish to remove then click on [Actions] > Sign out Everywhere

  4. Click on [Actions] > Delete

    è  A confirmation message is displayed



  5. Click on [Yes]

    è  The User is removed from the Practice Protect Portal
