How to remove a team member profile from the eca website [sop - offboarding]

The list of staff profiles is displayed in the 'About Us' section of our Website. This task will ensure that former employees' profiles will no longer be appearing on the Website. 

Remove Team Members' Profiles

  1. Log into the ECA WordPress Admin Portal
  2. Click on the [Pages] > [All Pages] Tabs
  3. Click on the About Us Page
  4. Scroll down to the Our Team section

    è  The About Us Page - Our Team section

  5. To remove a Team Member's Profile click on the X icon next to their name
  6. Click on [Update]

    è  The Team Member is removed from the About Us - Meet Our Team section of the website
