How to remove a team member from the xero advisor directory [sop - offboarding]

There are two steps involved in removing the team member from the Xero Advisor Directory page:

  1. Removing the team member from the ECA Advisor Directory Page;
  2. Deleting the User from Xero HQ;

Remove a Team Member from the Xero Advisor Directory Page

  1. Log in to Xero HQ from Practice Protect
  2. Go to Practice > Advisor Directory

    è  The Xero HQ Advisor Directory page



  3. Select the [Your staff] Tab
  4. Mark off the terminated Employee
  5. Click on [Update Listing]

    è  A Confirmation message is displayed



  6. Select the Xero Terms of Use and click on [Publish]

    è  The changes may take a few hours until displayed on the public directory page

Delete a User from Xero HQ

  1. In Xero HQ go to Practice > Staff

    è  The Xero HQ Staff page



  2. Click on the ellipsis icon next to the user you wish to remove and click on Remove from practice

    è  A Confirmation message is displayed



  3. Click on [Yes, remove from practice]
