Adding a user to the ATO Portals is processed in ATO RAM (Relationship Authorisation Manager). Once a user is added from ATO RAM, the access level to the various Government Portals is then managed in ATO Access Manager. Different options and restrictions can be assigned to the user depending on the task requirements. The user needs to have an existing MyGovID account set up on their phone to be able to access Online Services. Access to Online Services may include ATO Online Services for Agents, QLD Government, Revenue Victoria (Payroll Tax) and the ATO Small Business Clearing House.
