How to remove a user from online services for Agents [sop - offboarding]

The Removal of a user from the ATO Portals is processed from ATO RAM (Relationship Access Manager). When removing a user from the ATO Portals, their access to their personal ATO Portals through MyGovID should not be affected as MyGovID accounts should always be set up with a personal email address, not a Business one.

Removing access from the ATO Portals includes both ATO Online Services for Agents and the Clients' ATO Small Business Clearing House.

Remove a User from Online Services for Agents

  1. Log in to ATO Access Manager at: https://www.authorisationmanager.gov.au/#/login using your MyGovID
  2. Click on View or manage authorisations, machine credentials and cloud software applications
  3. Click on Evolution Cloud Accounting Pty Ltd

    è  ATO Relationship Authorisation Manager



  4. Click on [Remove] next to the terminated Employee

    è  A confirmation message is displayed



  5. Click on [Yes]

    è  The user status changes to Inactive - Removed and is displayed at the bottom of the user list
