The Removal of a user from the ATO Portals is processed from ATO RAM (Relationship Access Manager). When removing a user from the ATO Portals, their access to their personal ATO Portals through MyGovID should not be affected as MyGovID accounts should always be set up with a personal email address, not a Business one. Removing access from the ATO Portals includes both ATO Online Services for Agents and the Clients' ATO Small Business Clearing House. Remove a User from Online Services for Agents
