How to remove a user from a client's cbus portal [sop -offboarding]

As CBUS requires us to sign up an individual account per Client and also an individual account per User, when you remove a user from CBUS, you need to remove it individually from each assigned Client Portal.

Remove a User from a CBUS Portal

  1. Log into the Client's CBUS Portal from Practice Protect using the Client's CBUS specific Username and password
  2. Enter the 6-digit code from your mobile phone and click on [Confirm]

    è  The CBUS Client's Portal



  3. Click on Employer > Contacts

    è  The Contacts screen opens



  4. Click on Delete contact next to the Terminated Employee

    è  A Confirmation message is displayed


  5. Click on [Submit]

    è  The User is removed and an email confirmation is sent to all the Admin Contacts' inboxes


  6. Repeat the above steps for every Client where the Team Member was originally assigned to
