As AustralianSuper allows us to use one portal for all our Clients. We only need to remove the User from the ECA AustralianSuper QuickSuper portal and the user's access will be removed from all our AustralianSuper Clients' accounts.

Remove a User to the AustralianSuper QuickSuper Portal

1. Log in to the AustralianSuper QuickSuper Portal from Practice Protect
2. Enter the 6-digit code from your phone

3. Select the [Users] Tab
4. Select the User you wish to remove and click on [Edit]

5. Click on [Set User As Inactive]
6. Confirm this option by re-entering your password
7. Click on [Save]
   
   è  The User Status appears as Disabled
