How to add a user to the australiansuper portal [sop - onboarding]

The AustralianSuper Portal allows ECA Team Members to create new Superfund accounts for any Client's Employees who do not have a Superfund or they wish to have a new Superfund account with AustralianSuper.

Most of our Clients who are not part of the Building & Construction Industry have AustralianSuper set up as their Employer Default Superfund. When a new Client signs up with Evolution Cloud Accounting we either register a new AustralianSuper Employer account and add it to our AustralianSuper QuickSuper Portal or we link their existing Employer account.

Add a User to the AustralianSuper QuickSuper Portal

  1. Log in to the AustralianSuper QuickSuper Portal from Practice Protect
  2. Enter the 6-digit code from your phone

  3. Select the [Users] Tab
  4. Click on [Create New User]

    è  The Create New User screen opens


  5. Select/Enter the following details:
    • Login > Type in capitals first letter of first name and surname (add the last two digits of their birthyear if the login already exists)
    • Full Name > Enter the Employee's first and last name
    • Email > Type the Employee's ECA email
    • Mobile > Type the Employee's mobile number
  6. Select the following access options:
    • Upload Contribution Files
    • Authorise Contributions
    • Manage Unmatched Payments
    • Search Files and Transactions
    • Edit Funds
    • Edit Employers
    • Edit Employees
  7. Enter your Password to confirm and click on [Save]
