How to remove a user from zoom phones [sop - offboarding]

Removing a User from Zoom Phone only detaches the license from their Zoom account. If you do not wish to replace the Employee, you will need to cancel the Zoom Phone license separately. Removing a user will also retain the Direct Phone Number which can be re-assigned to a new user.

Remove a User from Zoom Phones

  1. Log into the Zoom - ECA account from Practice Protect
  2. Select the [Phone System Management] > [Users & Rooms] Tab

    è The Zoom Phone System Management - Users screen opens



  3. Click on the ellipsis icon next to the Terminated Employee and select Remove

    è  A confirmation message is displayed



  4. Click on [Remove]
