How to add a user to cayzu [sop - onboarding]

Adding a User from Cayzu will take up a Cayzu license. As our lifetime deal with Cayzu includes 20 licenses, there won't be any requirement of adding additional licenses to our subscription plan. 

Add a User to Cayzu

  1. In Cayzu go to the Admin Panel and select: Agents/Roles/Groups

    è  The Cayzu Agents/Roles/Groups screen



  2. Click on [Actions] > Add Agent

    è  The Agent Information screen opens



  3. Select/Enter the following details:
    • Full Name > Type the new Staff Member's first and last name
    • Email > Type the new Staff Member's work email address
    • Title > Type the new Staff Member's job title
    • Groups > Select the same group as the Job Title
    • Help Desk Access > Select: Full Access
    • Roles > Select the relevant role based on the Staff Member's job title
  4. Click on [Save]
