How to access the integrapay settlement reports [payrix/integrapay]

If you have trouble reconciling a payment from IntegraPay/Payrix, you can access the Detailed Settlement Reports from the IntegraPay/Payrix Client's Console.

 

  1. Log into the IntegraPay/Payrix Client Console
  2. Click on the [Business Details] > [Emails] Tabs

    è The Email and SMS Messages screen opens



  3. Enter/Select the following details:
    • Search for Archived Email > Select this option only if searching for settlements older than the archived date
    • Date Range > Select the Settlement dates
      Note: IntegraPay defaults the search to the past 30 Days
    • Email Type > Select: Settlement Report
  4. Click on [Search]

    è The Settlement Reports are displayed on the screen

  5. Open the Settlement Report, by clicking on the Settlement ID

    è The Viewing Email #xxxxxx screen opens



  6. Click on the Settlement Details PDF link

    è The Settlement Details PDF document opens

  7. Print/Download the Settlement report
