How to check for failed emails using the mail log [KeyPay]

KeyPay provides the ability to check if payslips (or any other documents) have been successfully emailed to employees. This can be particularly useful when a new employee is set up in the software and their email address has either been provided or entered incorrectly.

The Mail Log displays a list of emails that have either bounced or dropped (invalid).

  1. Click on the Business Dashboard icon  > Payroll Settings > Mail Log

  2. Review the list of bounced and dropped emails or use the Filter options to filter by email address and/or type of documents sent (Templates)
  3. You can also select the bounced email log and click on [Unlock Email addresses] and you will be able to re-sent the relevant document once the correction has been made
