How customers can pay xero online invoices by bank account or credit card [pinch payments]

With Pinch Payments integrated with Xero, Customers can pay one or more invoices via Credit Card or Bank Account. When a customer accesses the Xero Online Invoice they have the option to pay for the current online invoice as well as add more outstanding invoices to the payment and pay them in one batch.

Process invoice payments

  1. Open the online invoice from Xero from the invoice email notification

    è  The Xero Online Invoice



  2. Click on [Pay Now]

    è  The Pinch Payment screen opens showing the invoice details and listing all outstanding invoices



  3. You can either pay the current invoice or choose to include more outstanding invoices

    è  The value of the additional invoices is added to the balance to pay



  4. You can also click on the arrow next to any of the outstanding invoice lines to view the details of each invoice
  5. Select the Payment option from the How would you like to pay? section

    è  The Credit / Debit Card Payment Details



    è  The Bank Account Payment Details



  6. Enter your Credit Card or Bank Account payment details and click on [Make Payment...]
  7. You can also select the option: Debit me automatically for future payments / invoices and store my bank details, this will allow the business to automatically debit future payments on the due date of the invoice.

    è  A Payment email notification is sent to both the Business and the Client
