How to manage multiple businesses [KeyPay]

KeyPay allows you to manage multiple business entities in one software, so if a Client manages staff across multiple ABNs, these can all be managed through the same KeyPay Business.

 

There are both advantages and disadvantages in setting up either one KeyPay Business with multiple entities or different KeyPay businesses. Therefore, make sure you correctly scope the Client's Business requirements prior to deciding on a structure.

To set up additional Entities follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Business Dashboard icon  > Payroll Settings > Employing Entities
  2. Click on [Add]

  3. Enter the Client's second Entity details
  4. Upload the Client's Logo
  5. Register with Beam Superfund (if applicable)
  6. Click on [Save]
