Australian Businesses are required to keep proof of purchases for any purchases over $82.50 inclusive of GST. A proof of purchase is a document which contains specific information; this normally comes in a format of a Receipt or a Tax Invoice. Australian Businesses are required to issue tax invoices within 28 days from the date the service has been provided.

Generally, invoices are either printed or emailed. However, a number of Businesses also provide online portals where clients can access and download copies of all their invoices.

Elgas

Elgas is a supplier of LPG Gas. Businesses who regularly trade with Elgas can sign up for a Trade Account. Elgas issues a Tax Invoice every time they supply gas. Tax Invoices can also be downloaded from the Elgas Portal.

1. From your web browser, go to the Bunnings Powerpass Portal https://myaccount.elgas.com.au/nssl/#my-account-info

2. Select the Commercial Tab and sign in using your customer no and password

3. Click on My Account and scroll down to Invoice History

4. Find the invoice you wish to download and click on View
