How to manage users [KeyPay]

Users in KeyPay can have different access, this KeyPay Support article provides more information on the various User Access restrictions.

 

To add a new user follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Business Dashboard icon  > Payroll Settings > Manage Users
  2. Click on [Add]

    è The Manage Users Screen


  3. Type the user's email address and name
    Note: KeyPay will notify you if the email address has already been set as a user in another KeyPay business. 
  4. Select the Access Level either:
    • Full Access
    • Restricted Access > select the various access options for the user as detailed in the scoping document
      Note: you will probably have to add all the Users with full access at the start of the setup and set up the restrictions after you have created locations and groups etc 
  5. Click on [Save]
  6. Repeat the above steps for each User listed in the scoping document
  7. Make sure the following Users are also included:
    • Paolo Coniglio > accounts@evolutionclouds.com.au (Full Access)
    • Evolution Support > books@evolutionclouds.com.au (Full Access)
    • Vicky Shuttleworth > vicki@evolutionclouds.com.au (Full Access)
