Australian Businesses are required to keep proof of purchases for any purchases over $82.50 inclusive of GST. A proof of purchase is a document that contains specific information; this normally comes in a format of a Receipt or a Tax Invoice. Australian Businesses are required to issue tax invoices within 28 days from the date the service has been provided.

Generally, invoices are either printed or emailed. However, a number of Businesses also provide online portals where clients can access and download copies of all their invoices.

Physitrack

Physitrack is a provider of home-based exercise programs. Physitrack invoices can also be downloaded from their website.
Note: as Physitrack is a London-based company, their invoices are GST Free

1. On your web browser, go to the Physitrack online portal at: https://au.physitrack.com/login

2. Log in with your Username and Password

3. Click on your business name on the bottom right-hand side of the screen and select Subscriptions

4. Click on [View invoices]
   
   è  The Invoices pop-up screen opens
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the invoice number you wish to download
   
   è  The invoice opens on a new browser Tab
   
   
   
6. Right-click on the invoice screen and select Print
7. Print the invoice as a PDF
