How to create payment files [KeyPay]

In order to pay Employees using aba batch payments, payment files must be set up in KeyPay.

 

  1. Click on the Business Dashboard icon  > Payroll Settings > Payment Files
  2. Click on [Add]

    è The Payment Files Screen



  3. Click on [Add]
  4. Select/Enter the following details:
    • BSB Number
    • Account Number
    • Account Name
    • Financial Institution Code
    • Lodgement Reference and append > Select: Pay Period Ending
    • Name of User Supplying File
      Note: Enter the client’s name uploading the file to the bank
    • APCA User ID (DD User ID)
    • Include Self Balancing Transactions
    • Merge multiple payments for the same account into a single transaction
      Note: this option is particularly useful for two employees sharing the same CBA account.
  5. Click on [Save]
