Australian Businesses are required to keep proof of purchases for any purchases over $82.50 inclusive of GST. A proof of purchase is a document which contains specific information; this normally comes in a format of a Receipt or a Tax Invoice. Australian Businesses are required to issue tax invoices within 28 days from the date the service has been provided.

Generally, invoices are either printed or emailed. However, a number of Businesses also provide online portals where clients can access and download copies of all their invoices.

Owna is a software application specifically developed to manage childcare resources. Owna bills clients monthly. Invoices are emailed to the billing contact, and they are also available to download via the Owna portal.

1. On your web browser, sign in to the Owna Portal at: https://portal.owna.com.au/login.aspx

2. Login with your username and password
   
   è  The Owna Dashboard
   
   
   
   
3. Expand the Centre Menu on the left-hand side of the screen and select [View/Pay App Invoice]
   
   è  The App Invoices History panel opens on the screen
   
   
   
   
4. Click on [View/Print Invoice] next to the invoice you want to download

5. Right-click and print the invoice
