The first step in ensuring the Business can report through Single Touch Payroll is to connect KeyPay to the ATO. There are two options to connect:

1. As a Business > the Director of the Business is required to connect by accessing ATO Access Manager and by having myGovID installed on their smartphone (this is covered in a separate User Guide). 
2. As a BAS/Tax Agent > If you are connecting Evolution Cloud Accounting as the BAS Agent, KeyPay is already connected to Evolution Cloud Accounting Access Manager, therefore the new Business just needs to be added. 

To connect Evolution Cloud Accounting to the KeyPay Business:

1. Click on the Business Dashboard icon  > Payroll Settings > ATO Settings
2. Select the option I will be lodging report to the ATO as A registered Tax/BAS Agent

3. Select/Enter the Tax Agent following details:
   • Tax Agent Number > 25689727
   • ABN > 22 613 788 364
   • Contact Name > Paolo Coniglio
   • Phone Number > 0402 479 497
   • Contact Email > accounts@evolutionclouds.com.au
4. Enter the Business Details
   • ABN and ABN Branch Number
   • Business Name
   • Business Address
   • Contact Name
   • Contact Email
   • Contact Phone Number
5. Select if the employer is exempt from FBT under section 57A of the FBTAA 1986 or not
   Note: alternatively you can click on [Copy from Business Settings]if these details are the same.
6. Click on [Save]
7. Select the [Electronic Lodgement & STP] Tab
8. Click on [Enable Electronic Lodgement]

9. Click on [Proceed]

10. Click on [Next]

11. Click on [Next]

12. Select Option 1: Login to Access Manager using your myGovID...
13. Select the Terms and Conditions
14. Click on [Complete]
