When you integrate KeyPay with Xero you can import Chart of Accounts and Employee data from the Xero Client's Organisation straight into the Client's KeyPay Business.
Note: this feature is available exclusively to Xero Business Standard and Payroll Subscriptions.

Click on the Business Dashboard icon  > Payroll Settings > Journals

1. Click on [Connect to a journal service]
   
   è The Journal Services screen
   
   
   
2. Select: Xero > [Connect to Xero]
   
   è The Xero API screen
   
   
   
   
3. Click on Select an organisation
4. Select the Xero Organisation from the list
5. Click on [Allow access]
6. From Export pay run data as, select: Journal
7. Select Post as Draft
   Note: after you have tested the first few journal entries, you can then disable this option
   
   
   
   
8. Click on [Save]
