How to apply for bank feeds [Westpac]

Bank feeds automatically import transactions from the Bank or Financial Institution directly into Xero or MYOB, eliminating the need to import transactions manually.

By applying for Bank Feeds, the transactions from the Westpac Bank Accounts are automatically synced to Xero/MYOB, making the bank reconciliation process faster and more efficient.

Apply for Bank Feeds

  1. Log into Westpac Online Banking

    è  The Westpac Online Screen



  2. Click on the Bank Account you wish to sync with Xero or MYOB

    è  The Account activity Screen opens



  3. Click on More > Bank feeds

    è  The Bank Feeds Screen opens



  4. Select/Enter the following details:
    • Account > Select the Bank Account you wish to sync with Xero or MYOB
    • Third-party service provider > Select either Xero or MYOB
    • Xero Organisation Name > Type the exact name of the Xero Organisation Name
      OR
      MYOB Bank Authorisation > Enter the authorisation number from MYOB
    • Email > Enter the email address used to log into Xero or MYOB
  5. Click on [Connect]
