Australian Businesses are required to keep proof of purchases for any purchases over $82.50 inclusive of GST. A proof of purchase is a document which contains specific information; this normally comes in a format of a Receipt or a Tax Invoice. Australian Businesses are required to issue tax invoices within 28 days from the date the service has been provided.

Generally, invoices are either printed or emailed, however a number of Businesses also provide online portals where clients can access and download copies of all their invoices.

Adobe

Adobe is a provider of software solutions mainly related to document management and graphic designs. Adobe products include: Pdf Document Reader and Writer, Photoshop and Illustrator. Adobe applications are sold on a monthly plan subscription. Subscription prices vary depending on the software applications purchased. Clients receive monthly invoices via email but can also access invoices via the Adobe portal.

To be able to download invoices from an Adobe Business Profile, your user must be set up as a Contract Owner. More information on how to set up a user as a Contract Owner is available on the Adobe Help Site. 

1. On your web browser, go to the Adobe Portal at: https://accounts.adobe.com/

2. Sign in with your Adobe Username and Password
3. If you have both a personal and business profile under the same email address select the profile that is linked to the relevant Adobe product whose invoices you wish to download
4. Select the Adobe Australian site

5. Click on the Account icon and select Manage Team

6. Select the [Account] Tab

7. Select the [Account] Tab on the side of the screen then click on view billing history
   
   è  The Adobe Billing History screen opens
   
   
   
   
8. From this screen you can:
   - Download the latest Adobe Invoice, or
   - Click on View All to download multiple invoices
   
   è  The invoice PDF Preview opens in your web browser
   
   
   
   
9. Download the invoice to your computer
