How to download invoices from the vodafone portal [online invoices]

Australian Businesses are required to keep proof of purchases for any purchases over $82.50 inclusive of GST. A proof of purchase is a document which contains specific information; this normally comes in a format of a Receipt or a Tax Invoice. Australian Businesses are required to issue tax invoices within 28 days from the date the service has been provided.

Generally, invoices are either printed or emailed, however a number of Businesses also provide online portals where clients can access and download copies of all their invoices.

Vodafone

Vodafone is a provider of both phone and internet services. Vodafone bills clients monthly, invoices are either posted to the client address or emailed, Vodafone invoices can also be retrieved via their my-Vodafone online portal.

  1. From your web browser, go to the my-Vodafone Portal at: https://www.vodafone.com.au/my-vodafone

  2. Click on [Login now]

  3. Log in with your Vodafone Username (or Mobile Number) and Password

  4. From the [Bills and payments] Tab click on View & pay bills

  5. From this screen you can:
    • View your paid and outstanding bills
    • Pay any outstanding bills
    • Download your current bill > Click on Download bill
    • Open a previous bill and click on [Download bill]

  6. Click on [Download PDF]

  7. The Vodafone invoice downloads to your Download folder
