How to download invoices from itunes [online invoices]

Australian Businesses are required to keep proof of purchases for any purchases over $82.50 inclusive of GST. A proof of purchase is a document which contains specific information; this normally comes in a format of a Receipt or a Tax Invoice. Australian Businesses are required to issue tax invoices within 28 days from the date the service has been provided.

Generally, invoices are either printed or emailed, however a number of Businesses also provide online portals where clients can access and download copies of all their invoices.

ITUNES

iTunes is a digital store of music, videos and other digital resources. iTunes bills clients for each individual purchase, clients receive monthly invoices via email but can also access invoices via the Report a Problem Apple website.

 

  1. From your web browser, go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

    è  The Apple Sign In screen opens


  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password

    è  The Apple Report a Problem screen opens


  3. In this screen you will find a list of all your iTunes purchases in date order
  4. Find the transaction and click on the Transaction Code

    è  The Transaction details are displayed


  5. Click on View Receipt

    è  The Tax Invoice is displayed on the screen



  6. Right-click on the Tax Invoice screen and select Print...
  7. Print/Save the Tax Invoice as a PDF document
