How to download phone bill invoices from the telstra account portal [online invoices]

Australian Businesses are required to keep proof of purchases for any purchases over $82.50 inclusive of GST. A proof of purchase is a document which contains specific information; this normally comes in a format of a Receipt or a Tax Invoice. Australian Businesses are required to issue tax invoices within 28 days from the date the service has been provided.

Generally, invoices are either printed or emailed, however a number of Businesses also provide online portals where clients can access and download copies of all their invoices.

Telstra

Telstra is a provider of both phone and internet services. Telstra bills clients monthly, invoices are either posted to the client address or emailed, Telstra phone bills invoices can also be retrieved via their online account portal.

 

  1. From your web browser, go to the Telstra Account Services Portal at: https://www.telstra.com.au/support

  2. Click on either Business Account or Enterprise Account depending on your Phone plan

  3. Log in using your username and password
    Note: you can also use your Business ID (for Enterprise Plans only) or Digital Certificate

  4. Click on [View your bill > ]

  5. From the Billing screen you can:
    • Make a Payment
    • Request a Payment Extension
    • Manage your direct debit
    • Download your latest bill > Click on Download your latest bill
    • Download older bills > Click on View Bill history, select the bill you wish to download from the graphic chart and click on Download PDF bill

         è  The Telstra Invoice downloads to your download folder
