How to connect your ScanSnap device to your hubdoc organisation [Hubdoc]

After you have successfully installed your ScanSnap device and have registered a ScanSnap Cloud account with Fujitsu, you can connect your ScanSnap device with your Hubdoc Organisation.

When you set up the connection you will be prompted to login into your Hubdoc Organisation, to ensure the connection is successful you must use the Primary Hubdoc account linked to your Organisation. If you are not sure which one is your primary account, follow these steps:

  1. Login into Hubdoc
  2. Click on the Settings Icon and go to the [Profile & Security] Tab

Connecting your ScanSnap device to your Hubdoc Organisation

  1. Open your ScanSnap Home application and click on the [Scan] button

  2. Click on the [Add profiles] icon  and start the process of setting a profile for the scan

  3. Select the [Upload Files to a Cloud] Profile Tab
  4. Select/Confirm the following details:
    • Color mode > Confirm: Automatic
    • Scanning side > if you are scanning one-side documents only confirm Simplex, if you wish to scan double-side documents, select Duplex
    • Image quality > Confirm: Automatic
    • Rotation > Confirm: Automatic
    • File format > Select: PDF(*.pdf)
  5. Click on [Select] next to Cloud Service

  6. Click on the Hubdoc log and [Select]

    è  The Hubdoc Authorisation screen opens



  7. Enter your Hubdoc Organisation's Primary account details and click on [Authorize] [Authorize] 
  8. Enter a Nickname for the ScanSnap Device
    Note: the ScanSnap nickname appears in Hubdoc

  9. Click on [Allow] 
  10. Select the [Documents] Tab
  11. Save the Profile Settings
